درجة اهتمام الإدارة المدرسية بالطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر مديري و مديرات المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية لواء ماركا في محافظة عمان-الأردن

Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to reveal the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students from the head masters' point of view in public schools in the directorate of Marka in Amman- Jordan.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and developed (Tnyra) scale (2016) to match the current study.

The results showed the degree of interest of school administration to talented students was positive average degree and indicated that there were statically significant differences in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the sex variable and to the female.

The absence of individual differences of statically significance in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the variable of scientific qualifications.

According to this study the researcher presented a set of recommendations, as: supply the public schools by teaching tools to help teachers in a achieving talents students goals, and implementation of awareness programs for school administrations with the aim of focusing on supporting talented students and encouraging them to participate in active school activities in the outside community, also giving school management material and moral incentives for talented and creative students in the areas of school outside and inside activities.
