Abstract EN

This research, titled ’ Approach of Imam Al-Qasemi in Weighitng Opinions of Interpreters by Interpreting Mahasen Al-Ta'weel’, included an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and indexes.

The introduction covered praise for Allah - the Almighty and Exalted - and Messenger of Allah - Peace be upon him.

In addition, it covered the reasons of selecting the topic and its significance, research methodology and approach.

Chapter (I) introduced the birth and education of Imam Al-Qasemi, stages of his scientific life and sheikhs, scholars, scientific legacy, praise of scholars and death.

Chapter (II) covered the approach Imam Al-Qasemi in weighting different opinions of interpretation imams, in addition to conceptualizing and applying the rules of weighting.

It included, as well, the formulations he applied in indicating the outweighing statement.

In Chapter (III), I stated the aspects of weighting by Imam Al-Qasemi.

The research demonstrated the power of Imam’s comparisons, as he agreed with the majority of scholars and interpretation imams in many verses, but sometimes he disagreed with them.

It indicates that he was not imitating the comparisons, but industrious, depending on the evidence and consideration.

The research is concluded with a conclusion and indexes for bibliographies and topics.
