Abstract EN

This study examined the comments of Imam al-Dhahabi on the two imams Ibn al-Madeeni and Ibn al-Qattan in the book of Mezan Al Eatedal "The Balance of Moderation".

I spoke about Imam al-Dhahabi (may Allaah have mercy on him) and his book Mezan Al Eatedal "The balance of Moderation" , as I mentioned the position of both imams Ali ibn al-Madeeni and Ibn al-Qattan and their method in defaming and confirming the honesty of the narrator .I mentioned a detailed definition of each narrator includes: the critical remarks of Al-Dahabi about the comments of Imam Ibn al-Madeeni, or Ibn al-Qattan , and the detailed opinions of confirming the honesty of the narrator and defaming‘s Imams .

In the last of every translation , I illustrated the authenticity or inauthenticity of imam Al-Zahabi's comments on the two imams : Ibn alMadeeni and Ibn Qattan ,using in this; the contained opinions of confirming the honesty of the narrator and defaming imams.

The study examined biography of ١٧s narrators.

In conclusion, I summarized the most important abstract results from this research as well as recommendations regarding this type of critical study.
