The legal text in the language of civil law, constitutional law, language of judges, and legal profession is concerned with a legal language and words that are coherently significant.

The language has a linguistic and structural specificity that reflects the interaction of the text and its impact on society, the extent to which the man of law, Arabic, as the language of the law is the official language, including the means of expression in the speech of the legal legislator, the judges, and the pleadings; it is one of the factors of preserving the language, addressing the weaknesses and raising the Arab linguistic awarenes.
