Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى بيان أثر الصحة التنظيمية على مداخل الفاعلية التنظيمية في الكليات الجامعة الاهلية في بغداد، و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تصميم استمارة بحثية، وعينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية حيث تم توزيع ( 225 ) استبانة بسبب طبيعة متغيرات الدراسة و نوعية البيانات و المعلومات ذات الصلة، و تم توزيع الاستمارة على عينة عشوائية من الإدارات العليا و الوسطى على مستوى الكليات الجامعة و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 156 ) إدارة، و تم اعتماد الأساليب الإحصائية ( SPSS ) بالاستناد إلى الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية خرجت الدراسة بالنتائج التالية : بينت الدراسة أن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية و الفاعلية التنظيمية في الكليات الجامعة الاهلية في بغداد و واسط العراق قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و أن ابعاد الصحة التنظيمية مجتمعة أكثر تأثيرا في مدخل الموارد، ثم في الدرجة الثانية جاء مدخل تحقيق الاهداف تأثرا بأبعاد الصحة التنظيمية و في الدرجة الثالثة جاء مدخل العملية الداخلية، و يليه في الدرجة الرابعة مدخل اصحاب المصلحة و في الترتيب الاخير جاء مدخل قيم التنافس، و هذا يعكس فاعلية تطبيق الصحة التنظيمية في استثمار موارد المنظمة بشكل فاعل مما يسهم في تحقيق أهدافها.

في ضوء نتائج الدراسة فأنها توصي بضرورة نشر و تعزيز وعي العاملين في الجامعات العراقية بمفهوم الصحة التنظيمية بهدف تطبيق كافة أبعاد الصحية.

التنظيمية بما يسهم في تحسين و تطوير العمليات الادارية و الخدمية وتوصي الدراسة الادارة العليا في الجامعات العراقية بدراسة الاسباب التي تؤدي الى انخفاض الفاعلية التنظيمية و معالجتها لتحسين مستواها في الكليات الجامعة.

English Abstract

The study airms mainly to show the impact of organizational health on the points of entry to organizational effectiveness in private university colleges in Baghdad, and the descriptive analytical method was used by designing a research, the study sample was a random sample, due to the nature of the study variables and the quality of relevant data and information, and it was distributed on a random sample from the higher and middle departments at the universities level, the study sample consisted of ( 156 ) singles, and the researcher adopted the statistical package of social sciences, the study came out with the following results: The study shows that the level of Organizational health and organizational effectiveness in private university colleges in Baghdad have come with a moderate degree, and the dimensions of organizational health combined are more influential in the resources entrance, then in the second degree the entrance to achieving the goals came affected by the dimensions of organizational health, and in the third degree came the entrance to the internal process, followed by the degree Fourth, the stakeholders ’entrance.

In the last order, the competition values entry came, and this reflects the effectiveness of applying organizational health in investing the organization’s resources effectively, which contributes to achieving its goals, in light of the results of the study, it recommends the need to spread and enhance the awareness of workers in universities.

Iraqi in the concept of organizational health with the aim of applying all dimensions of organizational health in a way that contributes to improving and developing administrative and service operations.

The study recommends that senior management in Iraqi university colleges study the reasons that lead to low organizational effectiveness and address them to improve the level of organizational effectiveness in university colleges
