Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى توضيح الدور الوسيط لرأس المال السياسي المنظمي في أثر الذكاء التنافسي على الانجراف الاستراتيجي في البنوك التجارية الأردنية في مدينة عمان، حيث بلغ عددهم ( 13 ) بنك تجاري أردني، و تألف مجتمع الدراسة من ( 745 ) فردا من جميع الموظفين في مختلف المستويات الإدارية الثلاثة، و اعتمدت أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية التناسبية، حيث بلغ عدد العينة ( 254 )، و كان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة و الصالحة للتحليل ( 204 ) أي بنسبة ( %80 )، و تم اعتماد المقابلات المهيكلة لتحديد مشكلة الدراسة في البنوك التجارية الأردنية، و الاستبانة أداة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة من خلال جمع البيانات، و من ثم تحليلها باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي، و الاستدلالي التي تتمثل في الوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري، و قيمة اختبارا لجميع متغيرات الدراسة، و إجراء اختبارات التوزيع الطبيعي( Tolerance, K-S, Vif ) و من ثم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام نموذج المعادلة المهيكلة SEM باستخدام برمجية 3 SMART PLS، و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان أبرزها : أن مستوى الذكاء التنافسي كان مرتفعا، و مستوى الانجراف الاستراتيجي كان مرتفعا، و أن مستوى رأس المال السياسي المنظمي مرتفعا أيضا، و من خلال النتائج المتحققة فقد لعب رأس المال السياسي المنظمي دور الوسيط و بشكل جزئي في أثر الذكاء التنافسي على الانجراف الاستراتيجي، و فعل العلاقة بينهما.
و تأكيدا على النتائج التي تم ذكرها آنفا قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، كانت أبرزها : 1- تعزيز الاهتمام بالذكاء التنافسي في البنوك التجارية الأردنية لما له من أثر ايجابي في الحد من حالات اللاتأكد الكثيرة الحصول في البيئة الخارجية المحيطة بالبنوك، و العمل على تطوير القدرة في الحد من حالات الانجراف الاستراتيجي من خلال التحليل الاستباقي للبيئة الخارجية للبنوك التجارية و التنوع و التحديث المستمر في استراتيجيات البنك التنافسية في ظل التغييرات البيئية المتسارعة في عالم الاعمال اليوم.
2- استثمار العلاقة بين رأس المال السياسي المنظمي، و الذكاء التنافسي لما لها من دور فعال و ايجابي في الحد، و تقليل مستوى الانجراف الاستراتيجي في البنوك التجارية الأردنية.
English Abstract
The aim of this study is to clarify the mediating role of organizational political capital in the effect of competitive intelligence on strategic drift in Jordanian commercial banks in Amman, which are ( 13 ) Jordanian commercial banks.
The study population consists of ( 745 ) subjects from all employees at various levels of three administrative departments, and the proportional stratified random sample method was adopted, the number of the sample is ( 254 ) subjects, and the number of questionnaires retrieved and valid for analysis is ( 204 ) in the rate of ( 80% ).
The structured interviews has been approved to determine the problem statement in Jordanian commercial banks, and a questionnaire as a tool to measure study variables by collecting data, and then analyzing them using statistical descriptive and inferential methods, represented by mean, standard deviation, value of T-test for all study variables, and conducting normal distribution tests ( Tolerance, K-S, VIF ), Then testing the hypotheses using SEM and SMART PLS 3 software.
The study conclude with several results, the most important of which are: the level of competitive intelligence is high, the level of strategic drift is high, the level Of organizational political capital Is High, And Through the results achieved, organizational political capital played a mediating role, And partially, on the impact of competitive intelligence on strategic drift and which has actively contributed the relationship between them.
On the light of the results mentioned above, the study presents a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: 1.
Enhancing attention to competitive intelligence in Jordanian commercial banks because of its positive effect in reducing many uncertainties cases that occur in the external environment surrounding the banks, and working to develop the ability to reduce cases of strategic drift through proactive analysis of the external environment of banks, diversity and continuous updating in the bank’s competitive strategies in light of the rapid environmental changes in the business world today.

Investing in the relationship between organizational political capital and competitive intelligence, because of its effective and positive role in reducing the level of strategic drift in Jordanian commercial banks.
