Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أثر الذكاء الإصطناعي بأبعاده ( النظم الخبيرة، تمثيل المعارف و الإستدلال، التعلم التلقائي (على كفاءة الأنظمة المحاسبية بأبعاده )تكامل النظام المحاسبي، ترابط نظام المعلومات المحاسبية، دقة الاعمال المحاسبية جودة تفسير المعلومات المحاسبية، جودة عرض المعلومات المحاسبية (في البنوك الأردنية، حيث اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي الإستدلالي لتناسبهما مع أغراض الدراسة، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين بالدائرة المالية في البنوك الأردنية و البالغ عددها ( 16 ) بنك، و قد تعاون ( 9 ) بنوك منها مع الباحثة، و قد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على جمييع الموظفين بالدائرة المالية في البنوك الأردنية، حيث تم توزيع ( 150 ) استبانة بأسلوب العينة العشوائية الملائمة، و تم استرداد ( 133 ) استبانة، و استبعاد ( 4 ) استبانات بسبب عدم اكتمال إجابة المبحوثين عليهما، حيث حيث بلغ عدد الإستبانات الخاضعة للتحليل الإحصائي ( 129 ) استبانة.

أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي على كفاءة الأنظمة المحاسبية في البنوك الأردنية.

و في ضوء تلك النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها ضرورة تعزيز إستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي في البنك رفع كفاءة البنك، و بأنه على ادارة البنوك الاردنية مساعدة النظم الخبيرة في اكتساب المعرفة من واقع قواعد المعرفة المخزنة لدى النظم في العديد من المجالات التي تدعم قدرات الإدارة العليا.

English Abstract

This study aims to investigate the Impact of Artificial Intelligence in its dimensions (expert systems, knowledge representation and reasoning, automatic learning) on the Efficiency of Accounting Systems in its dimensions (integration of the accounting system, the interconnectedness of the accounting information system, the accuracy of accounting business, the quality of accounting information interpretation, the quality of accounting information presentation) In Jordanian banks, It relied on the descriptive approach and the explanatory approach to suit the purposes of the study.

The study community consists of all the employees of the financial department in the Jordanian banks, which numbered (16) banks, and (9) of them cooperated with the researcher, The sample of the study consisted of all employees in the financial department in Jordanian banks, Where (150) questionnaires were distributed using the appropriate random sample method, (133) questionnaires were retrieved, and (4) questionnaires were excluded due to the incomplete response of the respondents to them, as the number of questionnaires subject to statistical analysis reached (129) questionnaires.

The results showed that there is an effect of using artificial intelligence on the efficiency of accounting systems in Jordanian banks.

In light of these results, the study reached several recommendations, including the necessity of promoting the use of artificial intelligence in the bank, raising the efficiency of the bank, and that the Jordanian banks administration should assist the expert systems in acquiring knowledge from the reality of the knowledge bases stored in the systems in many fields that support the capabilities of senior management.
