Arabic Abstract

أصبحت السياحة من أكبر الصناعات العالمية حسب تقارير مجلس السياحة العالمي، التي أشارت إلى أن أعداد السياح في تزايد مذهل من عام إلى عام.

و يعتبر الاردن أحد أهم مناطق الجذب السياحي في الشرق الأوسط، و ذلك نتيجة استقرار الأوضاع الأمنية اضافة إلى أهمية الاردن الدينية و التاريخية، و توافر العديد من الخدمات السياحية العلاجية.

إن هذه الدراسة تسعى إلى تحليل درجة استفادة السائحين مدينة جرش الأثرية من تطبيق معايير تصميم اللافتات المنتشرة في أرجاء المدينة، و ذلك من خلال تطوير استبانة لتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية من السائحين الأردنيين و العرب قوامها 390 استبانة صالحة للإحصاء، و ذلك لقياس : أولا : درجة تطبيق معايير تصميم اللافتات في مواقع مدينة جرش الأثرية.

ثانيا : درجة الاستفادة من تطبيق معايير تصميم اللافتات في مواقع مدينة جرش الأثرية.

حيث اعتمدت الدراسة الإحصاء الذي قامت به هيئة تنشيط السياحة، و التي أشارت فيه إلى أن أعداد السائحين الأردنيين و العرب الذين زاروا مدينة جرش بلغ حوالي 6000 زائر عن شهر سبتمبر عن العام الماضي 2018م، و قد تكرر نفس العدد تقريبا في نفس الشهر من العام الحالي، وعليه اعتمد الباحث أن يكون مجتمع الدراسة هو زوار مدينة جرش الأثرية خلال شهر كامل و اعتماد عينة الدراسة بـ 362 فردا من زوار مدينة جرش الأثرية تبعاً الموقع Calculator.net المعتمد عالمياً في استخلاص عينة الدراسة من مجتمع الدراسة.

و قد قام الباحث بعمل تجربة عملية التزم فيها بتطبيق القواعد الإرشادية في تصميم اللافتات، و تطبيق معايير تصميم اللافتات و اهتم من خلال التجربة بإلقاء الضوء على أحدث التقنيات، الخامات و الطلاءات الحديثة الصديقة للبيئة المقاومة لقسوة العوامل الجوية و تغيرها المفاجئ، و ذلك تعزيزا وتعظيما لاستفادة السياح العرب و الأجانب لمدينة جرش الأثرية.

English Abstract

Tourism has become one of the largest global industries according to the reports of the World Tourism Council, which indicated that the number of tourists is increasing amazing from year to year.

Jordan is considered one of the most important tourist attractions in the Middle East as a result of the stability of the security situation in addition to Jordan's religious and historical importance and the availability of many medical tourism services.

This study seeks to analyze the degree to which the tourists of the ancient city of Jerash benefit from applying the criteria for designing signs spread throughout the city, by developing a questionnaire to distribute it to a random sample of Jordanian and Arab tourists consisting of 390 questionnaires that are valid for statistics, in order to measure: First: The degree of application of standards for sign design in the ancient sites of Jerash.

Second: The degree of benefit from applying the criteria for designing signs in the ancient sites of Jerash.

The study adopted the census carried out by the Tourism Revitalization Authority, which indicated that the number of Jordanian and Arab tourists who visited the city of Jerash reached about 6000 visitors for the month of September from last year 2018 AD, and the same number was repeated almost in the same month of the current year, and therefore The researcher approved that the study community be visitors to the ancient city of Jerash during the whole month, and the study sample was approved by 362 individuals from the ancient city of Jerash, according to Calculator.net, which is internationally accredited in extracting the study sample from the study community.

The researcher has done a practical experiment in which he committed to applying the guiding rules in designing signs, and applying the standards for designing signs, andinterested through the experiment to shed light on the latest technologies, materials and modern paints environmentally friendly and resistance to the harsh weather factors and sudden change, in order to enhance and maximize the benefit of Arab and foreign tourists to the city of Jerash Archaeological.
