Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة المخاطر في المدارس الحكومية و علاقتها بتوافر البيئة التعليمية الآمنة من وجهة نظر المعلمين و العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما.

تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 311 ) معلما و معلمة، في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة استبانتين، تضمنت الأولى فقرات إدارة المخاطر وتضمنت ( 25 ) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي : التخطيط لإدارة المخاطر و تنفيذ إدارة المخاطر، و تقويم إدارة المخاطر، و الثانية فقرات البيئة التعليمية الآمنة و تضمنت ( 27 ) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات و هي : الصحة و التغذية المدرسية و المرافق و التجهيزات و الإرشاد و الصحة النفسية.

و تم التأكد من صدق الأداتين و ثباتهما، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة المخاطر في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا كان متوسطا، و درجة توافر البيئة التعليمية الآمنة في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا كان متوسطا، كما اظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية و دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) بين درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة المخاطر و توافر البيئة التعليمية الآمنة.

و في ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة توصيات عدة من أهمها تدريب و تأهيل إدارة المدارس على اجراءات إعداد خطط لإدارة المخاطر و كيفية تطبيقها و تنفيذها و العمل على تقويمها، فضلا عن أهمية تدريب و تأهيل إدارات المدارس بشكل دوري و مستمر على متطلبات البيئة التعليمية الآمنة، و زيادة وعي كافة العاملين في المدارس بأهمية توفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة تحقق الأهداف التربوية و التعليمية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of risk management requirements in government schools and its relationship to the availability of a safe educational environment from the viewpoint of teachers, And the correlation between them, The relational descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (311) male and female teachers, In public schools in the province of Madaba, They were chosen by simple random method.

To achieve the study goals, the researcher developed two questionnaires, The first included: the risk management paragraphs and included (25)paragraphs, distributed in three areas: planning for risk management and implementing risk management, and assessing risk management, and the second paragraphs of the safe educational environment, It included (27) paragraphs, Divided into three areas, namely: School health and nutrition, facilities, equipment, counseling and mental health, The reliability and reliability of the two tools were confirmed, The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of risk management requirements in government schools in the Madaba governorate was average, and the degree of availability of a safe educational environment in government schools in the Madaba governorate was average, as the study showed a strong correlation and statistically significant level at the level of significance (α = 0.

In light of the results, the study presented several recommendations, the most important of which are: Training and qualification of school administrations on procedures for preparing plans for risk management and how to implement, implement and work on evaluating them, as well as the importance of training and qualifying school administrations periodically and continuously on the requirements of a safe educational environment, and increase the awareness of all school workers of the importance Providing a safe educational environment that achieves educational goals.
