هدفت الدراسة التعرف على القيادة التوزيعية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان و علاقتها بالميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم تطوير أداتين للدراسة و هما : أداة القيادة التوزيعية، و أداة الميزة التنافسية و تم التأكد من صدقهما و ثباتهما، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 380 ) معلما و معلمة من معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية.
و قد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان للقيادة التوزيعية قد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، و أن درجة تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة أيضا، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة للقيادة التوزيعية و درجة تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز مديري المدارس النمط القيادة التوزيعية كأحد أنماط القيادة المدرسية الحديثة و البعد عن المركزية، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة سعي المدارس الخاصة إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بجميع الطرق و الاستراتيجيات التي تسهم في تميز المدرسة و تفردها .
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the distributive leadership among the principals of private schools in Amman governorate and its relation to competitive advantage from the teachers' point of view.
To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, correlative approach.
Two study instruments were developed: The Distributive Leadership instrument and the Competitive Advantage instrument, and their integrity and reliability were confirmed.
The sample of the study consisted of (380) teachers from private schools in the Amman Governorate, who were chosen by the stratified random method.
The results of the study indicated that the degree of practice of principals in private schools in the Amman Governorate for distributive leadership was high.
The degree of achievement of the competitive advantage of private schools in the Amman Governorate from teachers’ point of view was high as well.
Furthermore, there was a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the degree of the practice of private school principals in the Capital Governorate Distributive leadership and the degree of achievement of the competitive advantage of private schools in the Amman Governorate.
The study recommended that school principals should reinforce the distributive leadership style as one of the modern school leadership styles and away from centralization.
The study also recommended that private schools should strive to achieve a competitive advantage in all the ways and strategies that contribute to the school’s uniqueness and uniqueness.
