Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي وعلاقته بمستوى البراعة التنظيمية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف الجنس، و الترتيب الأكاديمية و سنوات الخدمة، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان و البالغ عددهم ( 1839 ) ، و بلغت عينة الدراسة من ( 309 ) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الخاصة، و استخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيادات ؛ إذ تكونت من جزأين، الأول : استبادة التفكير الاستراتيجي و تكونت من ( 26 ) فقرة، و الثاني : استبادة البراعة التنظيمة و تكونت من ( 16 ) فقرة.

توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، و بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05≥α (بین متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة على استبانة التفكير الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والترتيب الأكاديمية، و وجود فرق دال إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح من كانت خبرتهم من 5 - 10 سنوات، كما و أسفرت النتائج أن مستوى البراعة التنظيمية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05≥α ) بین متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة على استبادة البراعة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والترتيب الأكاديمية، و وجود فرق دال إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح من كانت خبرتهم من 5 -10 سنوات، كما وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي و مستوى البراعة التنظيمية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات تعزيز روح التعاون بين رؤساء الأقسام والمرؤوسين و الاهتمام بمقترحاتهم و الأفكار المقدمة من قبلهم وبالمبادرات التي يقدمونها بتطوير العمل.

و عقد اجتماعات دورية مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس للتعرف على آرائهم ووجهات نظرهم و تبادل الخبرات بما يخدم العملية التعليمية في الجامعات.

إجراء دراسات حول البراعة التنظيميمة كمتغير مستقل و دراسة أثرها على بعض المتغيرات كالتميز الإداري.

English Abstract

Strategic thinking and its relationship to organizational innovation among the heads of academic departments in private Jordanian universities in Alasema governorate from the point of view of The Faculty Members with different views according to gender, academic rank and years of service.

The Study was based on the description correlative surveying methodology.

The study Community was consisted of all 1839 faculty members in private universities in the Alasema governorate, the study sample consisted of (309) of them.

And the questionnaire of two parts was used as a tool in this study, a questionnaire of strategic thinking of (26) items, and the second is: a questionnaire of organizational innovation, which consisted of (16) items.

The study found that the degree of strategic thinking practice and its relationship to organizational innovation among the heads of academic departments in private Jordanian universities in Alasema governorate from the point of view of The Faculty was great, and the results showed that there was no difference of statistical significance at the level (a = 0.05) between the median response of the individuals of the study sample to the strategic thinking questionnaire attributed to variation of gender the academic rank, and the presence of a difference attributed to the years of service in favour of those with 5-10 years’ experience.

And the study found no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) between the median response rates of the study sample individuals on the questionnaire of the organizational innovation to the gender and academic rank, and the presence of a significant statistical difference attributed to the years of service in favour of those with 5- 10 years’ experience, and the study also found a correlation between the degree of strategic thinking practice and the level of organizational innovation among the heads of academic departments in private Jordanian universities in Alasema governorate .

The study concluded that a set of recommendations shall be as follow: enhancing the spirit of cooperation between department heads and subordinates and paying attention to their proposals and initiatives for developing the work.

And holding periodical meetings with faculty members and exchanging experiences in a way that serves the educational process in universities.

(As concluding studies on organisational innovation as an independent variable.
