Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء ماركا للإدارة المرئية و علاقتها بالتميز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمون و المعلمات في المدارس الثانوية في لواء ماركا و البالغ عددهم ( 1044 ) ، و بلغت عينة الدراسة من ( 285 ) معلما، استخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة و تكونت من أداتين الأداة الأول : استبانة قاست درجة ممارسة الإدارة المرئية و تكونت من ( 20 ) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات و الأداة الثانية استبانة قاست مستوى التميز المؤسسي في المدارس الثانوية في لواء ماركا وتكونت من ( 21 ) فقرة، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء ماركا جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، كما و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 α≤) بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة الإدارة إدارة المرئية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغير الجنس و لصالح الإناث، و عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا .

عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 α≤) بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة الإدارة المرئية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، و وجود فروق دالة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لسنوات الخدمة لصالح من كانت خبرته أكثر من 10 سنوات، وأن مستوى التميز المؤسسي لدى المدارس الثانوية في لواء ماركا جاء بدرجة كبيرة أيضا، كما وتوصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 α≤) بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة التميز المؤسسي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المؤهل العلمي الخدمة التدريسية و أوصت الدراسة أن تقوم وزارة التربية و التعليم بإقامة دورات و مؤتمرات وورش عمل حول الإدارة المرئية و اهميتها موجهة بشكل خاص لمديري المدارس ( الذكور )، و إشراك المعلمون في وضع قواعد العمل بشكل أكثر فاعلية ليسهل تنفيذه والالتزام بها من قبلهم، و عقد دورات إنعاشيه لمديري المدارس بهدف تعزيز و تزويد المديرين بكل ما هو جديد و الاطمئنان على استمرارية الارتقاء بمدارسهم و تحقيق تميزها.

English Abstract

The study aimed to know the degree of high school principals practice in Marka District for visual management and its relationship to institutional excellence from the teacher's point of view.

The study used the descriptive realational approach, the study population consisted of male and female teachers in high schools in Marka district, which numbered (1044), and the study sample consisted of (285) male and female teachers.

The questionnaire was used as a study tool and consisted of two tools.

The first tool was a questionnaire theat measured the degree of visual management practice and and consisted of (20)paragraphs distributed in three areas, the second tool used a questionnaire that measured the level of institutional excellence in the high schools in Marka district and consisted of (21) paragraphs .

The study concluded that the degree of secondary school principals practice in Marka came significantly, and the study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the average response of the study sample individuals managing visual management of government school principals because of the gender variable in favor of Females and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the average response of the members of the study sample to the degree of visual management of government secondary school principals due to the variable of the educational qualification , who have more than 10 years of experience, and that the level of institutional excellence of secondary schools in the Marka region came to a large extent also Acre.

The results concluded that there was no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the response rates of the study sample individuals to the degree of institutional excellence of the principals of government schools due to the gender variable, academic qualification and teaching experience .

The study carried out by the Ministry of Education recommended the establishment of courses, conferences and workshops on visual management and their importance specifically directed to school administrators (male), and that the Jordanian Ministry of Education emphasize the activation and necessity of raising the level of institutional excellence of government schools, and involving teachers in setting labor rules More effectively to facilitate its implementation and commitment by them, and to activate training programs that work to develop the competencies of government school administrators and raise their competencies and administrative, technical and professional abilities, and to hold refreshing courses for school principals to enhance and provide the principals with every It is new and reassurance about the continuity of upgrading their schools and achieving their distinction.
