Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة استقصاء العلاقة بين درجة تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي و مستوى مواسمة المخرجات التعليمية لدى الجامعات الاردنية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف الجنس، و الكلية و الرتبة الأكاديمية سنوات الخدمة.

و قد استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و استخدمت الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، طبقت على عينة ( 400 ) عضو هيئة تدريس.

و اظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي مرتفعة، و مستوى مواسمة المخرجات التعليمية متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي و مستوى مواءمة المخرجات التعليمية بمقدار ( 977 )، كما أشارت النتائج وجود فروق في درجة تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغيرات الكلية والرتبة الأكاديمية و سنوات الخدمة الصالح الكليات الإنسانية و أستاذ مساعد و 10 سنوات فأكثر على التوالي، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس.

و كما أشارت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية المستوى مواءمة المخرجات التعليمية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس الكلية و الرتبة الأكاديمية و سنوات الخدمة الصالح الذكور، و الكليات الإنسانية، و أستاذ مشارك، و10 سنوات فأكثر على التوالي.

و أوصت الدراسة ب اقامة ندوات وورش عمل في مختلف مجالات التدريب والتنمية البشرية الاهتمام بالمخرجات التعليمية و اعتبارها أحد أهم الركائز لسوق العمل.

English Abstract

This study aims the investigations of the relationship between the level of applying the strategic planning and the level of output in the private Jordanian universities.

Although the difference in sex, collage_ grade, years of work.

So we used the researching description and associative researching method and using this Questionnaire as a method to collect the data which applied on 400 instructional members.

The study showed that applauding level of strategic planning is high and the level of appropriating of output is middle.

It also showed the result of associative relationship with a positive statistic between the level of applying the strategic planning and the level of output in a mount (77).

The results that there are many statistic differences of the level strategic planning refers to changing of college, academic grade, and years of work to humanity collages, assistant professor and at least ten years respectively.

But there aren’t any differences about sex depending on statistic range.

The results pointed to some differences which connect with statistic of level the appropriating output refers to all sex changing, academic degree and years of work for males the humanity collages, assistant professor and at least ten years respectively.

Depending of the results of this study, reaching to these recommendations Making many different seminars and workshops in many different fields in training and human development.

Concerning about output and considering it as The most important pillars of Job market.
