Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة وعي أعضاء الهيئتين الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبالرجوع إلى الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة تم تطوير ادائي الدراسة، وكانت أداة الدراسة الأولى استبانة درجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة تكونت من ( 32 ) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات وهي مفهوم البياناات الضخمة، مميزات البيانات الضخمة، تحديات البيانات الضخمة )، أما أداة الدراسة الثانية فهي استبانة درجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة، وتكونت من ( 30 ) فقرة موزعة على المجالات ذاتها، وتم التأكد من صدق أداتي الدراسة وثباتهما، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 351 ) من أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية، و ( 354 ) من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة.

أعضاء الهيئتين الأكاديمية والادارية والأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة كان عاليا في كلا القسمين، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي ( 2.44 )لدرجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية، و ( 2.42 ) لدرجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الادارية، و أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة تعزى لمتغيرات الكلية و الرتبة الأكاديمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة وعي أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية للبيانات الضخمة لمتغير الوحدة الإدارية تعزى لصالح دائرة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of awareness among members of Academic and Administrative staffs of Jordanian Universities for Big Data.

To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method to the study, and distributed two questionnaires, the first one it is the degree of awareness among members of Academic staff of Jordanian Universities for Big Data, it was consisting of (32) paragraphs divided into three axes: (Big Data concept, Big Data features, Big Data challenges), and the second one it was the degree of awareness among members of Administrative staff of Jordanian Universities for Big Data, it was consisting of (30) paragraphs divided to the same axes, and after making sure of their sincerity and reliability, the questionnaires was distributed from (351) members of Academic staff in Jordanian Universities and (354) members of Administrative staff in Jordanian Universities, they were chosen by stratified random method from the study population.

The results of this study was a degree of awareness among members of Academic and Administrative staffs of Jordanian Universities for Big Data was high in two questionnaires, So the main was (2.44) among members of Academic staff in Jordanian Universities, and it was (2.42) among members of Administrative staff in Jordanian Universities, and the study also showed there aren't statistically significant differences between the degree of awareness among members of Academic staff of Jordanian Universities for Big Data attributable due to college and academic rank, and the study also showed a positive relationship of statistical significance between the degree of awareness among members of Administrative staff of Jordanian Universities for Big Data is attributed to the Administrative unit variable in favor to information technology department.
