Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الوعي لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة الجامعات الأردنية، وعلاقتها بمحاورها، وتحديد فيما كانت تقديرات أفراد العينة متفاوتة تعزى لمتغير الجنس أو الكلية أو الجامعة أو المرحلة الدراسية، اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فقامت بتصميم مقياس للوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية بحيث تضمن ( 33 ) فقرة مقسمة على ثلاث محاور، يضمن محور التعليم ( 11 ) فقرة، و محور الاحترام ( 9 ) فقرات و محور الحماية ( 13 ) فقرة، حيث تم عرضها على لجنة محكمين ومن ثم إجراء عينة استطلاعية، لضبط ثبات الأداة وتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة التي بلغت ( 383 ) طالبا و طالبة من طلبة الجامعات الأردنية التالية ( جامعة جرش الأهلية و جامعة اليرموك من إقليم الشمال، و جامعة الشرق الأوسط و الجامعة الأردنية من إقليم الوسط، و جامعة مؤتة و جامعة العقبة من إقليم الجنوب ).

و كانت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الوعي بمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية جاءت مرتفعة لدى الطلبة، كما بينت النتائج أنه يوجد علاقة ارتباطية مرتفعة بين درجة الوعي بمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية و محاور المواطنة الرقمية، كما وبينت النتائج انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، و أظهرت أنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجامعة لصالح الجامعات الخاصة عن الجامعات الحكومية، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الكلية أو المرحلة الدراسية.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية الطلبة بالتقيد بمبادئ الاحترام التي تحمي من مخاطر الوقوع في عقوبات الجرائم الإلكترونية، نتيجة عدم التقيد بمعايير السلوك الرقمي و القوانين الرقمية و الوصول الرقمي.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of awareness of the concept of digital citizenship among Jordanian university students, and its relationship to its domains, and to determine whether the estimates of the members of the sample were different due to the gender variable, college, university, or school stage, which the researcher is the descriptive analytical approach She designed a measure of awareness of digital citizenship to include (33) paragraphs divided into three domains, the education domain includes (11) paragraphs, the respect domain (9) paragraphs, and the protection domain (13) paragraphs, where it was presented to a panel of arbitrators and then conducted an exploratory test, to set the stability and its system on a sample The study which reached (383) male and female students from the following Jordanian universities (Jerash Private University, Yarmouk University from the North Region, the Middle East University and the University of Jordan from the Central Region, the University of Mutah and the University of Aqaba from the Southern Region).

The results of the study were that the degree of awareness of the concept of digital citizenship that increases students, as well as between the results that there is a high correlation between the degree of awareness of the concept of digital citizenship and the axes of digital citizenship, and the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable in favor of females And, while there are related differences, statistically significant due to the university variable in favor of private universities than public universities.

There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of the college or the academic stage.

The study recommended that students should be educated to adhere to the principles of respect that protect from the dangers of prevention in electronic crime penalties, as a result of not adhering to standards of digital behavior, digital laws, and digital font.
