Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من ( 38 ) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات ( التخطيط و اعداد الدرس، تنفيذ الدرس التقويم ).
و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 232 ) معلما و معلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، و أظهرات النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في دور الدورات التدريبية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و لصالح الحاصلين على الماجستير فأعلى، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في دور الدورات التدريبية في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال تعزى إلى عدد الدورات التدريبية و لصالح من خضعوا لدورتين تدريبيتين.
English Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the role of training courses for teachers of the first three grades in developing effective teaching skills from the viewpoint of the teachers themselves in the light of some variables.
The study used the survey descriptive approach.
To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs distributed was divided into three areas (planning Lesson preparation, lesson implementation, and calendar).
The sample of the study consisted of (232) male and female teachers chosen in the simple random method.
The results of the study showed that the role of training courses for teachers of the first three grades in developing effective teaching skills came at a high degree, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the role of training courses due to the variable of the educational qualification and for the benefit of masters and above, and the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to a variable Years of Experience.
The study found that there are statistically significant differences in the role of training courses in developing effective teaching skills due to the number of training courses and for the benefit of those who underwent two training courses.
