Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين و المعلمين، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما تم تطوير استبانة للاحتياجات التدريبية، و قد اشتملت على خمسة مجالات هي تخطيط التدريس تنفيذ التدريس التقويم و الاختبارات المهارات الحياتية و المهنية، استخدام التكنولوجيا )، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 341 ) معلما و معلمة، و كذلك من جميع المشرفين التربويين و البالغ عددهم ( 29 ) مشرفا و مشرفة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا فة في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين و المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة في جميع مجالات الاستبانة عدا مجال التقويم و الاختبارات لدى المعلمين و الذي جاء بدرجة احتياج متوسطة.

كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و التخصص بالنسبة للمعلمين.

و لكن الدراسة أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة و لصالح فئة ( أقل من 5 سنوات ).

و أوصت الدراسة عقد دورات تدريبية تستهدف تنمية قدرات المعلمين في مجالات تخطيط التدريس، و التنفيذ، و التقويم و إعداد الاختبارات و العمل على إكسابهم المهارات الحياتية و المهنية اللازمة، و تحسين قدراتهم في مجال استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعـيم.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the training needs for the upper basic stage teachers in the light of the requirements of the knowledge economy from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers.

The study used the descriptive survey method.

A questionnaire was developed for training needs, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.

It included five areas: (teaching planning, teaching implementation, evaluation and testing, life and professional skills use of technology).

The study sample consisted of (341) teachers in the upper basic stage, and all the educational supervisors, who are (29) supervisors.

The results of the study showed that the degree of training needs required for teachers of the upper basic stage in the light of the requirements of the knowledge economy from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers came with a high degree in all areas of the questionnaire except for the field of evaluation and tests for teachers, which came with an average degree.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the areas of the questionnaire for teachers and supervisors alike.

The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in training needs due to gender and specialization variables for teachers.

But the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in training needs due to the variable years of experience and in favor of the (less than 5 years) category.

The study recommended having training courses aimed at developing the capabilities of the teacher in the areas of teaching planning, implementation, evaluation, preparation of tests, and work to acquire necessary life and vocational skills, and to improve his abilities in the use of technology in education.
