هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تحقيق محتوى كتاب العلوم للصف الثامن الأساسي للمعايير الدولية لاختبارات (2019 TIMSS من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم في العاصمة عمان.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تم بناء استبانة للتعرف على درجة تحقق هذه المعايير اعتماذا على المعايير الواردة في إطار تقييم العلوم (TIMSS-2019 Science Framework) الصادر عن الجمعية الدولية لتقييم التحصيل التربوي (IEA) بعد التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها ؛ موزعة على بعدين بعد الموضوعات و البعد المعرفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (294) معلما و معلمة تم اختيارهم من مجتمع الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تحقيق محتوى كتاب العلوم للصف الثامن الأساسي للمعايير الدولية لاختبارات (2019 (TIMSS - من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم في العاصمة عمان كانت (متوسطة)، إضافة إلى عدم وجود فرق بين متوسطي تقديرات أفراد العينة في درجة تحقيق محتوى كتاب العلوم للصف الثامن الأساسي للمعايير الدولية لاختبارات (2019 (TIMSS - من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لاختلاف متغير النوع الاجتماعي و سنوات الخدمة و أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها ؛ إجراء مراجعة لكتاب العلوم العامة للصف الثامن من قبل القائمين على المناهج، بحيث يتضمن بعدي الموضوعات و البعد المعرفي بدرجة تتناسب مع المعايير الدولية لاختبارات (2019(TIMSS –
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree to which the content of the 8th grade science book achieves the international testing standards (TIMSS-2019) from the point of view of science teachers and in the capital, Amman.
The study used the descriptive method.
A questionnaire was built to identify the degree to which these criteria are achieved based on the criteria set out in the TIMSS-2019 Science Framework issued by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) after confirming its validity and reliability, distributed in two dimensions: the subjects dimension and the cognitive dimension, the study sample consisted of (294) male and female teachers who were chosen from the study population in a Stratified random method The results of the study showed that the degree to which the content of the 8th grade science book achieves the international testing standards (TIMSS-2019) from the point of view of science supervisors and teachers in the capital, Amman, was (average), in addition to the absence of difference between the average estimates of the sample individuals in the degree of achieving the content of the 8th grade science book for the international testing standards (TIMSS-2019) from the teachers point of view is attributed to the difference in gender variable and years of service.
The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is to review of the 8th grade general science book by those involved in the curriculum, so that it includes two dimensions of cognitive topics and processes in a degree that commensurate with the international testing standardsTIMSS-2019.
