Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على درجة تطبيق المنهج العلمي في كتابة رسائل الماجستير في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و التحقيق أهداف الدراسة ثم تطوير استبانة و بعد التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من ( 118 ) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة جرش.

و بعد إجراء التحليل الاحصائي أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك درجة متوسطة من تطبيق المنهج العلمي في كتابة رسائل الماجستير في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و أن المستوى العلمي لطلبة الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة جرش جاء مرتفعا، و وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين تطبيق المنهج العلمي في كتابة رسائل الماجستير في جامعة جرش و تطوير المستوى العلمي الطلبة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا في تقديرات افراد عينة الدراسة حول تطبيق المنهج العلمي فيما يتعلق باجراءات المناقشة و كتابة رسائل الماجستير تعزى لأثر الجنس وجاءت الفروق الصالح الاناث واظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في تقديرات افراد عينة الدراسة حول تطبيق المنهج العلمي تعزى لأثر التخصص و سنوات الخبرة و الرتبة الاكاديمية.

خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها العمل على تنمية مهارات كتابة البحوث العلمية لدى الطلبة، من خلال التركيز على المساقات المتعلقة بالبحث التربوي، و أيضا التركيز على الجانب التطبيقي في المساقات المقررة في الخطة الدراسية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to figure out the degree of applying the scientific research in writing the Master theses at the University of Jerash from the point of view of the faculty members.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire.

After the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed, they were distributed to the study sample of (118) faculty members at the University of Jerash.

After conducting the statistical analysis, the results showed that there is a medium degree for the application of the scientific research in writing the Master theses at the University of Jerash from the point of view of the faculty members, the scientific level of the graduate students from the point of view of the faculty members at the University of Jerash was high, and there was a statistically positive relation between the application of the scientific research in writing the Master theses at the university of Jerash and the development of the scientific level of students.

The study also found that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample on applying the scientific research in regards to the discussion procedures and writing the MA theses due to the impact of gender and the differences were in favor of the females and that there were no differences in the estimates of the members of the sample on applying the scientific research due to the impact of the specialization, years of experience and academic rank.

The study also recommended the need for working to develop the skills of writing scientific research among students by focusing on courses related to the educational research, as well as focusing on the practical aspect of the courses listed in the study plan.
