Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في تفعيل عمل قيمي المختبرات العلمية في محافظة جرش وعلاقته بتحسين مخرجات الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم.

تم تطبيق الدراسة في العام الدراسي 2020/2019.

و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (10) من الذكور، (17) من الإدات موزعين على (27) مدرسة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (27) قيم مختبر و قيمة مختبر من العاملين في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية التابعة لمديرية التربية و التعليم في محافظة جرش و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها وبعد اجراء التحليل الاحصائي أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين دور مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظة جرش في تفعيل عمل قيمي المختبرات العلمية و مستوى تحسين مخرجات الطلبة، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية.

كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها زيادة الاهتمام بالتخطيط للعمل المخبري، ووضع الاستراتيجيات التعليمية المناسبة لتفعيل أساليب التدريس الحديثة في العمل المخبري، و نشر الوعي بين المعلمين و المديرين بأهمية العمل المخبري في زيادة تحصيل الطلبة وتنمية قدراتهم الإبداعية.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the role of government secondary school principals in activating the work of the values of scientific laboratories in Jerash Governorate and its relationship to improving student outcomes from their point of view.

The study was applied in the academic year 2019/2020, and the study population consisted of (10) males, (17) females distributed over (27) schools, and the study sample consisted of (27) laboratory values and laboratory value from workers in public secondary schools Affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate.

After its statistical analysis, the results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship statistically between the role of the directors of secondary government schools in Jerash Governorate in activating the work of scientific laboratory values and the level of improvement of students outputs, and the absence of statistically significant differences ( α = 0.05) is attributed to the effect of years of experience in all fields and in the overall degree, and the presence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the role of principals of secondary government schools in Jerash Governorate in activating the work of scientific laboratory values and the level of improvement of student outcomes.

The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: increasing interest in planning laboratory work and setting appropriate educational strategies to activate modern teaching methods in laboratory work, and spread awareness among teachers and administrators of the importance of laboratory work in increasing student achievement and developing their creative capabilities
