Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف إلى مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء عين الباشا و علاقته بأدائهم الإداري من وجهه نظر المعلمين.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1575) معلقا و معلمة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (301) مطلقا ومعلمة و تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية و لتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم تطوير استيانه تتكون من قسمين القسم الأول مقياس مستوى الإبداع الإداري حيث اشتملت على (26) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات و القسم الثاني اشتمل على (11) فقرة و قد تم التحقق من صدق الأداة و ثباتها و لتحليل البيانات تم احتساب المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية واستخدام اختبار (ت) و معامل ارتباط بيرسون و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الإبداع لدى مديري المدارس كان مرتفقا ووجود فروق ذات دلالة دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وا لجنس الصالح الذكور و سنوات الخبرة (10) فأقل و لصالح المرحلة الثانوية و بينت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين إدارة الإبداع و الأداء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء عين الباشا، و قد قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها، تهيئة الظروف و المادية و المعنوية لمساعدة المديرين، و تهيئة البيئة المناسبة للعمل الإداري المبدع بما يمكنهم من ممارسة الإبداع في مختلف مجالات العمل الإداري

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of administrative creativity among the principals of public schools in the Ain al-Basha district and its relationship to their administrative performance from the viewpoint of teachers.

The study population included (1575) male and female teachers.

Study sample comprised (301) male and female teachers, chosen randomly the to achieve this study ,questionnaire consisting of two sections was developed.

The first section is measure of the degree of administrative creativity, as it included(26) paragraphs divided into three areas and the second section it included(11) items the Data were analysed by Statistical Package of Social Sciences program (SPSS).

Descriptive statistics including percentages, averages, and standard deviations were used.

Inferential statistics such as Pearson’s Correlation and t test were used to answer research questions .

The results showed that the degree of creativity among school dministrators was high.

There was statistically significant difference in the mean of responses among participants, attributed to the variety of educational qualification, gender in favor of males, 10 years' experience) and for the secondary stage..

There was a positive correlation between the administration of creativity and administrative performance of the principals of public schools in the Ain al-Basha district the study has many recommendations.

First, creating all physical and psychological conditions to help facilitate creativity for mangers.

Second, ensure having an appropriate, creative, and supportive work environment to achieve creative administration in various aspects
