In the present work, a new subclass ℘ (_p,q^(δ,k)) (τ ,η) of convex functions with negative coefficients by derivative operator Υ_(τ,p,q)^(δ,k) , considered coefficient inequalities, growth and distortion theorem, closure theorem, and some properties of sundry functions pertinence in class considered.

So get radii of close-to-convexity for function pertinence in to class ℘ (_p,q^(δ,k))(τ,η) .

Moreover, an integrated way inequality resolve for functions pertinence in class ℘ (_p,q^(δ,k))(τ,η) .
