The economy of rent is one of the most controversial economic topics, and there is a great deal of difference between economists in terms of its basic concept and its forms, its extent to the law, but somes economists, and analysts have stressed the gravity of the rental economy and the need to get rid of it, This depends on the existence of unsustainable resources or external financial resources not associated with the production process.

This leads to the emergence of social behaviors that do not encourage the work and the continuation of production, nor the self-development, the increase in profitability, and negatively affect the economic policy of the state .

The rent economy has negative effects at all levels, especially the social side, so it is necessary to find effective solutions to overcome these damages.

The shift from a rent-based economy to a productive economy is one of the pillars of development.

This transition must be accompanied by parallel transfer and development in cultural, social and economic structures.

We must seek practical solutions to end the gradual, medium and long-term rents, and work to eliminate its consequences, without raising problems with the beneficiaries of rents, while promoting a spirit of transparency and competitiveness in society.
