Democracy is the desired political system in the modern world and this democracy is still seen as a means of organizing free and transparent elections, which, given its importance, is one of the most important powers and guarantees registered in the constitutional revision of 2016.

It is an independent administrative and financial organ with extensive powers set out in its organic law and its regulations is the highest independent election monitoring body.
