This study aims at shedding light on the important role of the Algerian administrative judge in protecting the principles of participatory democracy, This is reflected in the implementation of his public powers in the field of protection of rights and freedoms, since the right to participate is a basic human right to be protected and promoted, In order to exercise explicit provision for its competence to consider cases in which the administration has exceeded the principles of participation, contrary to some comparative experiences that have regulated such protection under special texts.
