Abstract EN

This research aims to know the effect of the strategy of obtaining the moon in achievement of history and the development of the habits of the mind of the second grade students.

The researchers chose the experimental design with partial control with pretest and post test.

The sample consisted of (63) students with (32) students in the Experment group (31) students in the control group, the two groups were rewarded in the variables of the age and educational achievement of the parents, the grades of history of the first intermediate grade, the Raven intelligence test, the previous information test, prit test and the post habits of the tribal mind.The researchers the plans, a test of achievement, and a measure of the habits of the mind were all presented to the experts, and verified their sincerity and persistence.

The results showed statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the achievement test and the existence of statistically significant differences in the measure of the habits of mind and for the benefit of the experimental group.

The researchers concluded that the effectiveness of the strategy of obtaining the moon in achievement and its effectiveness in the development of habits of the mind and based on the two researchers made a number of recommendations and suggested conducting studies complementary to the current research
