Abstract EN

The study aims to : Measuring the humiliation feeling of lecturers who work in ministry of education, Measuring the attitude towards extremism in those lecturers who work for free, Knowing the interrelation between feeling humiliation and the attitude towards extremism in those lecturers.

Differences in this relationship in accordance with feeling humiliation and the attitude towards extremism in those lecturers according to differences in gender.

The current research is limited to lectures, who work for free in the ministy of education.

A sample of (403) lecturers has been selected randomly, the study theory which attempt to interpret the concept of feeling humiliation is “Evaluating Emotion” theory, whereas the attitude towards extremism follows the Theory of Functional.

In order to achieve these aims, the researcher has developed a scale about feeling of humiliation consisting of (25) items.A measure of the attitude towards extremism has been built consisting of (46) items ,the results was:The lecturers have feeling of humiliation,.The sample has an attitude to be extremists..,There is a positive correlational relation between the feeling of humiliation and the attitude towards the extremism, There are significant differences in correlational relation between two variables in accordance with the gender in favour of male lecturers..

A number of recommendations for further studies have been suggested
