Abstract EN

The study aims to measure the motivation of academic achievement and its relation to satisfaction with the study among the students of the Department of Home Economics (research sample) and consisting of 100 female students, the scale was adopted as a tool for collecting data and the most important results of the most results show that the students of the Department of Home Economics have a motivation for academic achievement i.e.

they have positive psychological characteristics and have a desire to achieve their goals.

The students of the Department of Home Economics are not satisfied with their studies in this department due to the lack of appreciation of this specialization by the community, in addition to the lack of chances for work after graduation and the statistical treatment indicated that there is a direct (positive) relationship between the motivation of achievement and study satisfaction.

This relation is explained by the researcher by accepting the student with his academic specialization and his satisfaction with him his advanced years of study ,and this works as a driving force towards achieving the goals he set and intends to adhere to in order to achieve his final goal.

This is confirmed by the study (Yussef,2008) .

The researcher made a number of recommendations and proposals.
