It had to carry out a comprehensive and balanced development process through expanding the capabilities of citizens and giving them complete freedom by giving them the opportunities and possibilities and achieving personal security The life of every individual This dream is achieved only through the attainment of good governance, which can be defined in its simplest concepts.

It is the provision that promotes and supports the well-being of the individual and is based on the expansion of their capabilities and opportunities.

Various accused, whether political, economic, social, and seek to represent different segments of society are fully represented.

Based on the above definition, it is possible to say that good governance has different dimensions through which the members of society are developed in terms of political, economic and administrative dimensions.

In Iraq, the subject of our research is that the possibility of achieving good governance is the best solution for all the problems and challenges facing the governance of Iraq.

Hence the importance of this research in that it highlights the political, economic and administrative dimensions and the possibility of applying them properly and at the same time trying to develop ways to improve access to good governance.

Therefore, this research is based on the hypothesis that there are multiple dimensions of good governance that the ethnic administration can reach if these dimensions are properly implemented and appropriate plans have been developed and managed to address the means of upgrading to good governance such as amending the electoral law and enhancing the political and cultural participation of individuals.
