Ejaculation it every claim or attrbution of certain facts that would perjudice the dignity or consideration of the projectile defamation depends on the general in the code of criminal, with regard to the issue of jurisdiction and statute of limitation as well as rule of evidence and becouse they are not subject to special provisions, in this paper we highlight the criminal effects of ejaculation, and we have divided this research in to two researchers, we show in the first concept of the crim of libel, and in two demands we show in the firdt pillars of this crim, and in the second we allocate it to commit this crime via the internet, the second section shows the criminal effects, in two demands, in the first we show the punishment of the crime of libel and in the circumstances of this crime.
