Abstract EN

The thought of protestation has a close relation with contemporary ode which is due to the humanistic and psychological concerns that have encompassed the life of the contemporary man as he sees himself encountered by a chaotic social reality to whom routine life concerns attack from every corner; therefore, he moves toward expressing his pains and wishes with anger and hatred.

For this, literary innovations of the contemporary human have features of revolution and protestation.

Adopting an analytico-descriptive approach and using the related resources, this paper deals with various factors of protest in the poetry of Farough Joveideh, the contemporary poet from Egypt.

He is a contemporary poet who has had a close interaction with realities of Egypt Society.

At the end, the results of the study showed that the poet, through the thought of protestation, has been looking for picturing subjects related to human realities which have a pivotal role in upheavals and changes in human society at different levels such as culture, economy, and politics.

He also attempts to present the ways through which his society can release itself from the troubles it has encountered to.

The most important protestation manifestations in his poetry are political protestation, religious protestation, and social protestation
