لقد جاءت النصوص القرآنية تبرهن أن من مقاصدها هو الإصلاح و منه الاصلاح الاقتصادي و الإداري، و هادمة لمزاعم المفسدين و الجاهلين، و عند ذكر الإصلاح يتبادر إلى الذهن في المقابل الفساد المالي و الاقتصادي و الإداري.
لذا يجب التصدي له بشتى الطرق و وضع الحلول الناجحة لإصلاح هذه المنظومة المهمة في حياة الفرد و المجتمع و محاولة نقل هذه الحلول إلى الواقع مع تفعيل سبل مكافحة و محاربة الفساد و الوقاية منه بكل الطرق التشريعية و القانونية ابتداءاً من دائرة النفس البشرية وصولاً إلى المجتمع مع التصدي لكل صور الفساد المالي و الاداري، و منها الرشوة و اختلاس الأموال العامة و الخاصة و محاربة الاتجار بالنفوذ و السلطة و إساءة استغلال الوظيفة العامة و التصدي لتولية السفهاء و أصحاب الأغراض للمناصب بالإضافة للتوجه إلى الثقافة المجتمعية ؛ لأنها من دواعي الإصلاح، و قد جاء بحثي (دور القرآن الكريم في الاصلاح الاقتصادي و الإداري) في ثلاثة محاور بعد التعريف بالمصطلحات بيان أسباب الفساد الاقتصادي و الإداري بهدف معرفة سبل معالجتها و بيان دور القرآن الكريم في هذا الإصلاح.
Abstract EN
Quran texts comes to prove that one of its intentions is reform such as administrative and economic reform to destroy the claims of corruptions and illiterate.
When mention the reform it comes to the mind the administrative and economic corruption thus this must be confront in various ways and put successful solutions in the life of individual and society and attempt to make these solutions real also activate anti-corruption methods and prevent it in all legal and legislation ways from human self to the society and fight all forms of financial and administrative corruption, fight trading of authority, misuse of power, exploit public jobs and prevent bad people from assuming the authority.
Also directing to the social culture it is the reform call the research comes in three axes after definition of the terms, the reasons of economic corruption in order to learn the ways of reform and explain the role of Quran in this reform.
