أوضحت الدراسة إن شخصية الكسندر فاسيلييفتش كولتشاك بناها بنفسه من خلال دراساته الفائقة في علم المحيطات و الأسلحة البحرية الحديثة التي كانت من أهم نتائجها توسعت آفاقه المعرفية في علم البحار و المحيطات، و ملاحظة ما سبق أن قيل من آراء في كل موضوع، و كان لا يأتي لأي نقاش عندما تجتمع الحكومة الروسية مع القادة العسكريين ما لم يكن مزودا بخزين من المعلومات التي أستمدها من دراسته للموضوع بشكل جيد و بأسلوب أكاديمي، و لم يكن يرتاح إلا بعد أن يتوصل إلى رؤية واضحة تحيط بكل جوانب المشكلة المطروحة

Abstract EN

The study explained that the personality of Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak was built by himself through his excellent studies in oceanography and modern naval weapons, the most important results of which were the expansion of his knowledge horizons in oceanography and oceans and to observe what has already been said on each topic, and did not come to any discussion when the government meets Russian with military commanders unless he was stocked with information from his study of the subject well and in an academic manner, and was not comfortable until he reached a clear vision surrounding all aspects of the problem at hand.

The research revealed that Alexander Vasilevich Kolchak was a fountain of ideas and possessed a creative imagination and was characterized by an impressive military mentality distinct and his military, engineering, geographic and scientific talent in the leadership of naval formations and the development of mine engineering in the seas have had an active impact in the planning and guidance of the arena of Russian-Japanese war operations, so that many Military operations in the war were the ideas of Alexander Kolchak and adopted by military commanders for their effectiveness and influence on the forces of the other party, as well as his military participation in the October 1917 socialist revolution, and the Soviet civil war during the For years (1918-1920).

Russia had a deep love for it, so Alexander Kolchak reacted passionately to the call of patriotism, believed in the devotion to his state, sacrificed all that he had, and his devotion to his country.

This country by not allowing the new powers that emerge in the world to undermine his country and its power and political influence, and actually achieved military victories for the Russian army in all wars fought by his country, including the Russian-Japanese war (1904-1905), and World War I (1914-1918).

Alexander Kolchak hated the Bolsheviks and believed that their goal was to destroy European civilization, so it should be destroyed by force In order to address all that touches his country
