The aim of the present research is to identify the features of the educational thought of the jurisprudent of Zain al-Din al-Ameli, which is one of the tenth century AH literature scientists , which is included in his book.The researcher limits were confined in the Edition of the Library of the Faithful emir in Najaf, Iraq.

The investigation of Ali Jihad Al-Hassani AH / AD.

The most important results of the research are the book contain important sections of the education principles and educational psychology that started with the importance of seeking knowledge and ended with the foundations of the division of religious science.

The sections referred to ( ) sub-principle that is based on the Quran verses and Hadith The prophet.

Sheikh Al-Ameli cnfirmed in his book.

The important educational principles such as: Stimulation learner to education, reinforcement, the teacher acceptence to his students , consideration of individual differences, the development of thinking, humanization of education, effective learning, achieving emotional goals, consideration of trends and scientific attitudes , professional competencies of the teacher, psychological and educational guidance.

The research ended with a set of recommendations and suggestions
