تزايد سكان محافظة النجف الاشرف للمدة 2008- 2018 فبعد ان كان عدد السكان عام 2008 نحو (1425720) أرتفع الى (1516767) نسمة عام 2018 بفارق بلغ نحو (910470) نسمة مع توفر إمكانية التنمية المستدامة في محافظة النجف الاشرف من موارد مائية و تربة خصبة و خصائص مناخية ملائمة ادت الى تمتع المحافظة بالمكانة الدينية المطهرة ساهم في العديد من التغيرات السكانية من توافر فرص العمل و الهجرة الداخلية البالغة عام 1997 نحو (39583) مهاجر.
Abstract EN
The population of Najaf Governorate increased for the period 2008-2018.
After the number of population in 2008 reached (1425720), it increased to (1516767) people in 2018 by a difference of about (910470) people with the possibility of sustainable development in Najaf governorate of water resources and fertile soil and suitable climatic characteristics The governorate has enjoyed a religious status that has contributed to many demographic changes from the availability of employment opportunities and internal migration in 1997 to about 39583 immigrants.
