Abstract AR
سعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للسيطرة على بلدان الخليج العربي و الشرق الأوسط خاصة بعد ظهور تراجع في إنتاج النفط الخام في الحقول النفطية الأمريكية و الذي رافق تزايد الطلب على الطاقة نتيجة التطور الصناعي و التنافس الدولي و الذي قد ينشأ عجز في ميزان المدفوعات الأمريكي، إذ تزامن ذلك مع الإقدام البريطاني على الانسحاب من منطقة الخليج العربي، فحث الساسة الأمريكان الإدارة الأمريكية على اغتنام فرصة الفراغ السياسي في المنطقة و السيطرة على مصادر النفط و منع أي نفوذ معادي.
Abstract EN
The US sought to control the Arab Gulf States and Middle Countries, especially after the decrease of crude oil production in American oil fields which accompanies the growing demand of energy as a result of industrial development and international competition that causes the US balance of payment deficit.
This coincides with the British withdrawal from the Gulf States area.
Consequently, the American politician urged the US administration to seize the political vacuum opportunity in the area and control the oil resources to prevent any other hostile action.
