تُعد قضية اللاجئين جوهر القضية الفلسطينية باعتبارها قضية سياسية و قانونية و إنسانية تؤرق كل فلسطيني، و يتم توارث تداعياتها عبر الأجيال، نظرا لما خلفته من معاناة و تشرد و بؤس و حرمان مازال اللاجئون يعيشونه حتى الآن.
تحول إسرائيل دون عودتهم وهي مسؤولية عن نكبتهم و تهجيرهم بسبب ما تفرضه و تسنه من تشريعات عنصرية، إضافة إلى انحياز الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى جانب إسرائيل في ظل وهن المجتمع الدولي و سياسة القطب الواحد.
إن هذا يقتضي البحث عن بدائل و حلول لتمكين اللاجئين الفلسطينيين من حقهم المشروع، مما يساهم في تعزيز السلم و الأمن الدوليين.
Abstract EN
The refugees' issue is the essence of the Palestinian cause as a political, legal and humanitarian one that afflicts every Palestinian, and its repercussions are inherited through generations, because of the suffering, displacement, misery and deprivation that the refugees still suffer.
The State of Israel pay a lot of effort to prevent the Palestinians from this right, and is responsible for their plight and displacement because of the racist laws imposed and enacted by it, in addition to the bias of the United States of America alongside Israel in light of the weakness of the international community and the politics of the one pole.
This requires the search for alternatives and solutions to enable the Palestinian refugees to exercise their legitimate right, thereby contributing to the strengthening of international peace and security.
