The Research proceeds from the hypothesis ( that illegal immigration to Western European countries is still in a state of continuous development for Western European countries, despite the rigid policies adopted by these countries, whether at the level of the European Union or at the level of nation-states).

This phenomenon is characterized by the presence of social and economic challenges that contributed to political and security repercussions, which generated reactions from these countries towards the phenomenon of illegal migration, especially as the social and economic challenges of this phenomenon began to worsen in these countries through direct contact with social and economic systems.
