Pluralism is a social phenomenon that has existed since the existence of humanity.

It is a result of the difference between man and his color and the difference in his habits and thinking which is a natural phenomenon inherent to human society.

The pluralism and diversity within societies is not a problem in itself but the problem is the differences caused by these variations, Ethnic, cultural or religious, because of the ruling elite of these societies, which vary according to the nature of the political system within the society or the state.

The political elite in democratic systems differs with the political elites in non-democratic or transitional systems.
