The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) emerged in 1972, after a series of conferences that led to international and regional events.

The founding states of the Organization, have noted that these are in conformity with UN charter in tems of purposes and principles.

The Organization under the criteria's of classification of the international organizations is a general, but it has a specific privacy stemming from the conditions of membership, where limited to Islamic counties.

The (IOC) has made the issue of the rights of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries among their concerns, as stipulated in the charter.

It has been systematically carried out at lest since 1982 (to denationalize the members of this minority).

The Organization must play a role in conform these violations
