Abstract EN

The topic area of that's paper dealing with regional role of Kenya as influential state in east of Africa, its influenced and affected upon Sudan and separation of South of Sudan, Kenya was played as an important role in Sudan civil war by support insurgents and separatists parties especially popular movement of Liberation of Sudan, and the same time played as custody of peace between Sudanic government and separatist which ended the civil war its lasted for five decades till conclude the Naivasha agreement in 2005.

Kenya, during the transition period stipulated in the Naivasha Agreement, which lasted for six years from 2005 to 2011, pushed for secession, supported the South Sudan politically, strengthened its administrative apparatus and strengthened it militarily as well as economic openness to South Sudan.

Indeed, Kenya's efforts, as well as the role Regional and international secession and the establishment of the State of South Sudan officially on 9 July 2011.

The Republic of South Sudan has witnessed a civil war since 2013, and despite regional and international efforts to end it, it is still ongoing due to ethnic differences and the complexity of the differences between the government and the opposition.

The role of Kenya in this war is working through the Intergovernmental Authority on Development) by mediating between the conflicting parties to end it and put an end to the escalating humanitarian suffering in southern Sudan.
