Abstract EN

This study fundamentally tackled the legal responsibility that is connected with the electronic press labour.

That is because it is connected with the protection of the reputation of other, the thing which may be harmed because of the reported topics and new through the internet.

This project meant to find some sort of balance between the press freedom and the individuals’ right in protecting their reputation.

However, this study clarified that the press freedom olves not allow any discreditability of individuals, the thing witch is guranteed by both national and international treaties and constitutions.

Therefore, any harm on them will lead to a penal responsibility of discreditability whenever its basic elements are there [ material and immaterial corners].

It is very clear that this project stressed the penalty for that phenomenon; that is because of the world- wide spread of the internet, the thing which harms the rictims very much.

But the big difference in laws, concepts and customs in very society leads to a difficulty in identifying the crime itself and hence the penal responsibility about it.

In addition to that, the common characteristic of the crime throughout countries creates a difficulty in penal following up; and hence proving it.

The international copperation in the field of chasing such criminals and exchange of experiences, in addition to the contribution of the civil community organizations is regarded the best way to besiege and hence eliminate these crimes.
