The research aims at explaining What is meant by ’obligation’ in language and in the Savants' idions, then explaining the aspects of obligation among punishments of limitations crims in Islamic Jurisprudence and Sudanese Criminal Law in 1991, and this is by referring to books of different crecds in Islam Jurisprudence to show Savants' sayings and their claes.
