Abstract EN

The main aim of this study was to estimate the role of tourist labour force in development of tourist output in the Maghreb countries during the period of 1995-2018.

In order to achieve its objectives the study has adopted pane data regression approach, using FGLS estimator.

The major findings of the study have supported a positive relationship between both of tourist investment and labour force and tourist output.

In addition, FGLS results have indicate that the tourist labour force in the Maghreb countries have a significant positive impact on the tourist output in these countries.
