Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine The level of psychological burning among nurses in the hospital Ahmed Madgari in Saida, the sample composed of 25 nurses in deferent services.

Using the Mashlash psychological burning Scale, the regulated version in paramedical of Malal Khadija (2010) Algeria.

The results of the study showed that 72% of the sample had a low level of psychological burning..

In both emotional stress and personal achievement, where it estimated of 52%, While the rate of 96% was in dullness feeling.

The results also showed that there were no significant differences in the level of psychological combustion in nurses, due to the different personal and functional characteristics of the study sample.
