Educational institutions at the present time seek to adapt to the complex and interrelated global and local events and developments, and they must be able to confront and contain those challenges and coexist with them, and they are in the process of achieving this must be dependent on human resources and workers cannot participate constructively in achieving The goals of the Foundation without feeling the support of the Foundation for them so that they can exchange it for their support by doing their best to achieve its goals.

What is required of educational institutions is the need to address these challenges by all means and methods, and in order to achieve this, the institution represented in its management must carry out many planned activities aimed at providing administrative support (material, psychological and social for the worlds, which reflects its concern for its human resources and its interest in achieving their needs and motivations which makes it create Loyalty is towards that institution, and educational institutions are very important institutions in society, as they deal with the most important and important societal groups, which are the youth group, in order to build and fortify them in order to face the destructive currents they may be exposed to.

The research goal: To get to know the concept of administrative support, the importance of administrative support within the educational institutions of workers, organizational loyalty, support and its relationship to organizational loyalty.The research included a set of conclusions and recommendations, including:Administrative support is an imperative necessity in any institution, especially educational institutions, through which workers are satisfied and their needs fulfilled.
