Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the standards of teachers in the International Association of Technology field of education in the Sultanate of Oman.

The study used the descriptive method.

The analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information.

The study found The International Association for Technology in Education is interested in developing and developing professional technology standards for teachers in many fields such as: technological concepts and processes, teaching planning, teaching methods and strategies, evaluation, professional growth and continuous professional development, and ethics in the use of technology; the results also revealed the absence of specialized technological standards.

The lack of interest in the standards of the school performance development system in the Sultanate of Oman on the technological aspect of teachers.

The study recommended that the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman Build technological standards for teachers by benefiting of the standards of teachers in the International Association of Technology in the field of education.
