The study targeted occupational patterns according to Holland’s theory and its relationship to work values for first-year students in the first secondary school, and applied to a sample of (50) students from the first secondary class and their ages ranged between (15:16) years, and the study used a measure of work values (prepared / researcher), and The scale of occupational patterns of Holland's environments, and reached the following results: There is a correlation between occupational patterns according to Holland's theory and the work values of first-graders first-year students.

Occupational patterns can be predicted according to Holland's theory from some dimensions of work values .
