Abstract EN

The researcher aimed from the current research to identify positive thinking and its relationship to academic frustration among high school students.

The research sample consisted of (100) male and female students, with an average age of (18) years.

The sample was divided into (50) Males, (50) Females.

The researcher used the following tools: a primary data form (prepared by: the researcher), the academic frustration scale (Anu Jose Vengel, 2014) (translated by the researcher), The Scale of Positive Thinking (Abd El Sattar Ibrahim, 2011) .

The results of the research indicated a correlation between positive thinking and academic frustration among high school students, there are no significant statistically differences between males and females high school students on positive thinking scale, there are no significant statistically differences between males and females high school students on academic frustration scale, as some dimensions of positive thinking, but not others, predict academic frustration among high school students
