Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify The Competencies necessary for teachers in the application of service learning in post-basic education schools in the South - Alsharqia Governorate, Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of educational supervisors, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (65) supervisors.

The findings of the study showed that The Degree of Competencies necessary for teachers in the application of service learning in post-basic education schools in the South - Alsharqia Governorate was came generally high; They also came high of Competencies Exploration, planning, implementation and Evaluation, While it came medium in Reflection Competencie, Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are gender, academic level , Years of experience and Specialization.
